Balanced Approach Acupuncture

After nearly 30 years working in the corporate world, I had acupuncture treatment for migraine headaches. As I was cured of the pain I had endured for months, I became curious. I decided it was time for a different perspective on life and trained as a Mature Student for 3 years to degree level at the Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa. My training was extensive and covered all aspects of Chinese medical and acupuncture theory. Study also included Western biomedicine.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC)  and the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC).
I am licenced by Solihull Council, am fully insured to practise and hold a current First Aid Certificate.

 

I have lived in Solihull for 30 years, and am into my 9th year of post-graduation practice.

 

I treat and practise Acupuncture in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding areas, and am within easy access of surrounding areas such as Dorridge, Balsall Common, Cheswick Green, Hampton-in-Arden etc.

 

Continuing Professional Development is an ongoing annual requirement. Post graduate tutors have included Dr Tan and Professor Jong Baik.

 

The name "Balanced Approach" came about because these were the words that had the greatest resonance with me in my first year of training.
